Please note that this club is available for local businesses only
• Your membership starts when you sign the club terms and conditions, and purchase your first 12 bottles.
• Billing will be on the 1st day of each month.
• A minimum of 12 deliveries (one year) is required before opting out, otherwise, a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
• Written request of 30 days required for club cancellation via wineclub@akashwinery.com
• Member benefits are non-transferable.
• All wine club members listed on the account authorize the second-party access and use of the account including payment via credit card on file.
• Wine club member authorizes Akash Winery & Vineyard to automatically debit the credit card on file for all wine club shipments including associated fees.
• Swapping out wine club shipments is based on availability.
• Additional member refers to spouse, partner, or significant other.
