Q: How many guests does the vineyard patio accommodate?
A: Our vineyard patio comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests for a seated event, and up to 50 guests for a mingle-style event.
What is the cost to rent the vineyard patio?
A: The venue fee to rent the patio is $1000 for three hours, then $300 for every additional hour of rental time. This does not include food, wine, or gratuity.
Q: Do Akash Wine Club members receive a discount on vineyard patio rentals?
A: Yes, members of our club programs receive a 25% discount on venue fees for our vineyard patio.
Q: Is onsite catering available?
A: Absolutely! We work with select catering partners and can arrange to have your event catered. Options include a dedicated, wood-fired pizza oven from Bocconcini, a taco and quesadilla feast from Brew Boys, gorgeous charcuterie boards from Naughty Pig, and traditional Indian cuisine from Mantra.
Q: May we bring our own food?
A: Sorry, our license does not allow outside food, beverage, and/or catering from providers other than those we contract with.
Q: What about music?
A: Bluetooth speakers are available so you can tap into your own tunes, or we can arrange for a live music act if you’d prefer.
Q: How about the weather?
A: The private vineyard patio is lightly covered with sun shades, and is equiped with wind screens and heaters if needed. It is not appropriate for rainy weather.
